Office Manager
Our locations are always interested in qualified individuals who will bring passion into the clinic and the community. One staff member is an Office Manager, who oversees and streamlines clinic operations, ensuring a seamless experience for new patients and efficient management of daily tasks.
Key Responsibilities:

Patient Intake & Management:

Handle incoming calls, manage queries, and transfer calls as needed.

Oversee the patient intake process, including documentation, scheduling tours, and initial assessments.

Coordinate and schedule all necessary assessments and therapy sessions.

Maintain accurate patient records in EMR, ensuring all insurance and medical information is current.

Manage financial agreements and insurance pre-authorizations.

Ensure thorough preparation for therapy start dates and manage follow-ups and reminders.

Human Resources:

Maintain compliance with employment laws and company policies.

Manage recruitment processes, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding.

Conduct employee evaluations, handle payroll, and manage workplace disputes.

Oversee employee benefits and ensure accurate benefits administration.

Marketing & Communication:

Engage with social media platforms and manage online content.
-
Establish relationships with referral sources and manage communication with insurance providers.

Coordinate and market clinic events and community engagement activities.

Scheduling & Office Management:

Respond to scheduling inquiries and adjust staffing based on daily needs.

Create and manage weekly schedules for all staff.

Oversee general office tasks, including maintaining inventory and managing correspondence.

Requirements:

Proven experience in office management, ideally in a healthcare or therapy setting.
-
Strong organizational and communication skills.
-
Proficiency in EMR systems and office software, preferably Central Reach.
