Furthermore, our team encourages caretakers to use positive reinforcement when children use these new skills at home. Positive reinforcement utilizes rewards when a child demonstrates a desired behavior in the hope that the action is repeated. The team will identify the most effective times to use positive reinforcement, and several methods to encourage desired behavior.
